Excellent, loved it! You guys are motivating me to get out of my comfort zone:) I know I need this training but at 62 I feel like it's a young man's game, which I know it's not, but I still feel that way. Maybe in your next discussion you could address the issue of how older Pastors, who can see what you see but feel like they are out of the loop, can still get in the game. And how a Pastor can equip or encourage a younger person in their congregation to get the training and in turn bring that training back to their congregation. Kind of a reverse discipleship. Just thinking out loud:) Love you guys!
We definitely have more helpful episodes coming up, so please look forward to those! As for your second point, an excellent way to help young people in congregations to get equipped is to fund (or help fund) their training with MediaLight! With that experience, they can return and share what they've learned, encourage others to come too, and be connected to our ever-growing network!
